Fad Dieting Doesn't Work

I’ve tried them all… and nothing works as well as a change in lifestyle.  You see, to lose weight long-term, set realizable objectives and create a doable action plan. Your method should focus on three prinicples -- thinking right, eating healthy and exercise. Yes, these will overlap as you move forward, and they will compliment and grow through-out your life.
